Sintex: A wealth creator in the coming days ?

Sintex (CMP: 118) gave a decent run up recently from 103 to 120 zone. Its fast becoming a diversified company with interest ranging from plastic components (its core business) to construction materials and textiles. It may be one of the direct beneficiary of infrastructure and affordable housing push in the budget along with "Clean India" campaign in the coming days.

Looking at the chart, technically, above 121-126 zone, short term target of Sintex may be 138 and mid term target could be 145-152 zone.Sustain above 162, it may target 240 by 2016-17.

On the down side, nearest positional support is 108 zone & below that comes 102.

As Par BG quick techno/fundamental valuation metrics, median value of Sintex is around 150.

SCRIP EPS(TTM) BV(Act)  P/E(AVG) LONG TERM SHORT TERM MEDIAN VALUE 200-DEMA 10-DEMA
SINTEX 12.65 90.57 17.09 137.45 159.91 148.68 87.39 118.28

*EV/EBITDA (TTM): 6.91 also seems to be reasonable under the current market conditions, though it recently converted/allotted its FCCB bonds into equity shares, which may affect its balance sheet & EPS to some extent.

(*EV as par Market Capitalization method & not DCF model)
