Notes:

In the domestic front, all eyes will be on Tuesday (9-th  Sep), when SC may deliver its final judgement on coal mines (Banking sector likely to be affected along with power/steel/coal sector because some banks may have substantial exposoure in these sectors). But I personally feel that there will be no further adverse judgement to cripple these vital sectors & sufficient time will be given to the Govt. for "rectification" of the previous "illegal" coal mines allocation without affecting these vital sectors completely. There may be some specific company wise action, for which mining action is not started yet despite coal mines were allocated years ago. Even if there is some adverse judgement, Govt. may likely to take course of further legal remedies available in order to buy time to put in place its plan"B" for smooth coal supply. In case of complete deallocation of coal mines in some cases, end users may get coal from Coal India as suggested by petitioner's counsel (Coal India may see action).

After this Coal Mine fiasco, our market may look forward to the coming visit of Chinese President to India, when lots of infrastructure projects with billions of dollars of FDI may be announced.

On the global front, there will be no dearth of liquidity in near future & Fed will be in no hurry to raise rate until June-2015 (with lots of caveats of course) & Draghi is ready with further stimulus, if required to devalue EURO in order to pop up sluggish EU economy.

Apart from fragile Ukraine ceasefire, market will look forward to Scottish referendum & US retail sales on Friday. Various data point out that US economy is now on the recovery mode and US SME(s), which are more closer to ground level , i.e. main street/real economy, are slowly shifting from cost cutting to fresh investment apart from their big brothers.

(Bottom line:Economic cycle is changing in US from cost cutting to expenditure & that is being largely driven by change in sentiment and not only by central banks & QE pumping; if this trend continues to improve, it will be where all the action for the US economy in the coming months).

Technical Outlook Of Nifty Fut(NSE-SEP):1-5 days

For NF, 8155-8170 zone may offer some intermediate resistance, sustaining above which 8200 zone will be immediate target & 8500 zone will be the next big target by this month end.

On the downside, 8115-8100 zone is intermediate support, sustaining below which 8000/7946 zone will be the major support area.

Globally, all eyes will be on Draghi(ECB Meeting & rate/QE decisions) tomorrow. Draghi may not introduce any fresh QE type of stimulus right now, given the fact that EURO is already 6% down since his Jackson Hole speech, advocating for a lower EURO (which may help EU to fight deflation & stimulate its economy). In case of no immediate QE in EU, EURO should pop up against DOLLAR & that should help risk on rally further. Even, there is some QE in near future in EU, it should add further liquidity for our own market along with Modinomics.

Technical Outlook Of Nifty Fut-A 360-degree Approach:2-5 days

For NF, 7950 zone will offer resistance & above that 8125 zone will be the target.
On the downside, 7835-7817 zone is positional support as of now & below that 7743 zone will be the target.
At Jackson Hole symposium, it appears that Yellen/Fed is on the middle path & there are many caveats for an early fed rate hike before June-2015. Draghi is also ready for further QE & other weapons, if deflation & negative  growth accelerates in EU. But both of them are behind their own curves to raise interest rates. Overall, we are in ample liquidity, thanks to Fed, EU & Abenomics. Due to some risk in Russian market, funds are flowing out from there to land into EM(s) like India & China. Many FII(s) are sitting on the sideline to invest in Indian Market on some correction/dips & have considerable faith in Modinomics. Though any meaningful big bang reform yet to come in to our economy, market is realizing that there are siezable ground works going on for the same in a continuous basis proactively by the present Modi Govt.

On the flip side, some adverse Ukrainian headlines could pose some risk off in global markets as well as ours. But personally, I don't think that will pose a major problem for our market.

In the bottom line, our Indian Market is now in multiyear/secular bull market & should target NF @8150 zone in short term & 10500 in medium term.
